If you do not change it and your password expires, then before you can log on again you will be required to reset your password by having the system send you a new password to the email address listed in your user profile. You can review your user profile by clicking “Administration” at the top of the screen once you have logged on.

Please follow the prompts to speak to an agent at the agency that oversees the type of transaction or service you would like to access once you have logged on. Have your company's FEIN (or SSN if you're a sole proprietor) available when you call.
